Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff productivity, and enhance the organization of our office environment. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities, managing supplies, supporting scheduling, and maintaining a positive, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office functions, including inventory management, ordering office supplies, and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to leadership and team members, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
- Facilities Management: Coordinate and liaise with vendors and contractors to maintain the office, ensure security protocols, and manage facility-related needs.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage company events, meetings, and team activities, including logistics and vendor management.
- Finance & Budget Support: Monitor and report office expenses, manage petty cash, and collaborate with the finance team on budgeting.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies, procedures, and standards to maintain an organized, productive work environment.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding of new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR-related functions as needed.
- Technology Management: Coordinate IT support and maintain office equipment, ensuring employees have access to functional technology and resources.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
