Job Summary:

The Sales & Account Representative position is a key contributor to the organization and is instrumental in identifying, targeting, promoting, and managing our current and potential customers through the various sales and marketing channels. This position will become the point-person in the sales process by effectively and efficiently entering all sales orders into the database and will track the progress in the manufacturing process, communicate updates with customers, and interact closely with the different manufacturing facilities for the status of shipment and delivery dates. In addition, this individual will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving product issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations and delivery of products.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Identify and target potential new customers through various channels, such as cold calling, tradeshows, networking events, and online platforms/research tools.

· Fosters positive relationships with existing clients and increase sales organically, if possible.

· Provides product information, promotional materials, and other sales resources when presenting and selling to prospective customers

· Input sales orders into the database. Process, track, and manage the sales cycle to ensure timely product delivery.

· Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries or resolving issues or concerns.

· Coordinate sales efforts with team members in other departments and locations (domestically and internationally) to ensure the manufacturing process and timelines are properly aligned to achieve on-time delivery goals.

· Develop sales reports to track and record sales progress and performance metrics.

· Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors' products and pricing to effectively position our offerings in the market.

· Research new product ideas and initiatives and share data and details with the marketing and sales team.

· Other duties, as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving ability

o Effectively listens to customers' questions, requests, and concerns and provides information or resolves issues.

o Approachable and professional with all levels of customers, via email, meetings, calls, etc.

o Ability to influence customers with fact-based data to purchase our product

· Proficient with computers and MS Suite

o Familiarity with MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Education and Experience:

· Associate's degree in business, management, economics, or related field or at least 4 years of production/business-related experience.

· Minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience in an office environment.

· Ability and aptitude to easily engage and establish rapport with all levels of management

· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Must be focused and have exceptional attention to detail,

· Proficient with MS Suite, knowledge of MS Excel
