$21/HR

9AM-530PM MONDAY - FRIDAY

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Type 35 WPM
  • Detail oriented

Responsibilities (Training provided):

  • Work with logistics team on making sure billing information is indicated appropriately, to ensure invoices can be processed correctly against receipts and shipments.
  • Invoice processing.
  • Update system with additional charges to be billed and double check charges are calculating correctly.
  • Work with warehouse associates and warehouse management on processing incoming merchandise accurately into our warehouse management system.
  • Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries via email or phone.
  • Assist with managing and updating inbound appointment log and coordinate with trucking companies as needed.
  • Communicate with warehouse manager and warehouse associates on inbounds beyond our promised window.
  • Other duties as assigned.
