The  Program Director  is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects and programs from conception to completion. This role ensures operational excellence, high-quality delivery, and alignment with MetroStar’s BHAG, Strategy Map, and program delivery goals.

What you’ll do:

Support growth initiatives from identification to capture and proposals resulting in new revenue for MetroStar Develop and implement comprehensive program and project management strategies that align with MetroStar’s objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and achievement of project milestones and deliverables. Monitor program performance against plans and budgets, adjusting strategies and resources as necessary to meet objectives. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and delivery mechanisms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies. Provide leadership, mentor ship, and direction to the operations and project management teams. Prepare and present regular reports on program status, challenges, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Active TS//SCI with ability to obtain CI poly Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology Preferred 15 years of experience supporting government missions 10 years’ experience managing enterprise-scale IT or IT-related programs/projects, including scheduling, staffing, planning, cost control and risk management within the Intelligence Community Relevant certification(s) in Project/Program Management and Government Contracting and Acquisition (i.e., PMP, ITIL, Scrum, PMI, DAWIA)
