Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Programming to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving strategy for programming activities, ensuring high-quality data summaries for decision-making, and overseeing outsourced programming activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Development Operations Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Define and drive strategy for programming activities, including data management and statistical analysis.
  • Ensure high-quality data summaries for decision-making, including data visualization and reporting.
  • Oversee outsourced programming activities, including vendor management and quality control.
  • Establish standard processes and ensure regulatory compliance, including CDISC SDTM and ADaM models.
  • Manage, supervise, and support the programming team, including talent development and performance management.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, including business development and marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in clinical trial management, with 10+ years of experience in people management.
  • Expertise in SAS, R, Python, and knowledge of CDISC SDTM and ADaM models.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Innovative, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-growing company preferred.
