We are a growing and established company located in the San Fernando Valley looking for an energetic office administrator assistant to join our team. We will provide training to this candidate to learn the dynamics of our business and industry. This is a great opportunity for those with a background in business operations and customer service.

Responsibilities Position responsible for a variety of integral administrative duties, such as: Submitting invoices; working with AP to determine if invoices are being paid correctly. Negotiating best pricing and placing orders for all the necessary items. Assisting customer service ensuring patients and their orders are being taken care of. Assist with various office documentation projects as needed. Facilitate correspondence with vendors, on behalf of owners Provide administrative support to owners Manage the office calendar SCHEDULE Monday - Fridays from 8:30-5:00pm This is a full time in-person position Compensation $18 - $23/hr depending on experience
