We have offices in major cities across the United States and support our clients throughout the contiguous 48 states. The corporate office is located in St. Louis, MO, however most employees work remotely across all areas in the United States.

As part of the Business Development team, the Business Development Administrator will be responsible for driving targeted growth opportunities. This is a hybrid role that will require maintaining strong partnerships within the Business development team at ClaimsPro and serving as a liaison within internal departments. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently while managing projects will play an integral part in the execution of our goals.

Job Responsibilities

Become a subject matter liaison on ClaimsPro’s services, and act as consultant for business development, business unit leaders, and other internal groups. Relationship management and organic expansion by maintaining strong relationships with individuals in your network Research, identify and develop target lists of specific companies and individuals to be contacted by the Business Development team Maintain competitive market intelligence to leverage opportunities in the marketplace. Prepare business development reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Accountable for maintaining accurate updated client data: Contacts and all Client related documents Maintains reports and CRM system and provides other internal and external support as determined by the Business Development team. Maintain opportunities pipeline from the BD team and update on a regular basis. Maintain a social media presence and look for opportunities to publish articles in trade publications, speaking engagements, continuing education classes in client facing settings. Run reports from ClaimSpace data of client activity and update BD pipeline with changes in frequency or revenue. Enter, update and maintain accurate information regarding prospects and clients in client relationship management system (CRM). Support planning and coordinating participation at tradeshows and external events, including negotiating with promotional product vendors. Support and oversee the creation and updating of both internal and external BD, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials Maintain library of email blasts for client notifications of significant events in our service areas; ready to publish email campaign following severe weather events, hurricanes, wildfires, tornado outbreaks, etc. Other activities to support the business development team.

Qualifications & Education

Minimum of 5+ years insurance industry experience Minimum of 5+ years sales experience CIP, CRM, CSP beneficial Experience in sales growth strategies and account development Strong relationship management skills, always communicating with stakeholders. Strong problem identification and resolution skills Demonstrates strong presentation skills and a solutions and service orientation. Excellent oral and written communication skills
