We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to play a vital role for a CPA company. This position requires a combination of bookkeeping expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Position Highlights:
Salary Range: $60k - $80k
Schedule: M- F | 8:00 A 5:00 P
Pay: Depending on Experience
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Location: Redlands, Ca
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of general ledger, journal entries, and accounts payable/receivable.
Perform daily bookkeeping and record keeping functions.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management's monthly review.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
Manage bank reconciliations and prepare tax returns.
Utilize QuickBooks (both Online and Desktop) to input and manage financial data.
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others regarding financial information.
Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting theory, beyond basic data entry.
Tax Preparation: Experience preparing taxes.
Experience with Lacerte software is a plus, but not required training will be provided.
QuickBooks Expertise: Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
Interpersonal Skills: Possesses a friendly personality and excellent ability to work cooperatively with colleagues.
Capable of working independently on complex tasks and taking initiative.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Grammar Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, ensuring clear and correct communications.
Data Entry Speed: 8000 KPH
Office Attendance: Availability to work from our office five days a week.
