Pinpoint Talent has an immediate opportunity for a Real Estate Property Manager

 

As our client’s Real Estate Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, overseeing third-party property managers and leasing agents, and driving financial and operational success.

Must reside in the SF Bay Area to be considered for this position.

~ Top Requirements of the Real Estate Property Manager ~

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate.
  • Proven experience in asset management within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with practical understanding of property maintenance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Argus and Yardi.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including ROI, IRR, and discounted cash flow modeling.
  • Industry accreditations (e.g., CCIM) preferred.

 

~ What You'll Do as a Real Estate Property Manager ~

  • Oversee local third-party property managers and leasing agents.
  • Propose goals and objectives for each property within the portfolio.
  • Assist in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on portfolio performance.
  • Perform monthly reviews of operating statements.
  • Support due diligence and underwriting of potential acquisitions.
  • Execute financial analysis, market studies, and standard industry reporting (e.g., variance reporting, discounted cash flows, IRRs).

 

~ What You’ll Bring to the Real Estate Property Manager ~

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate.
  • Proven asset management experience.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with Argus and Yardi software.
  • Practical understanding and common sense for property maintenance.
  • Industry accreditations preferred (e.g., CCIM).
