What you will do:

Be subject matter expert for all things related to U.S. benefit plans and administration. Ensure consistency and division wide compliance with internal and external regulations, record keeping, reporting and communications to participants. Provides backup support for leave and disability administration. Complementary to owning benefit administration processes, this position will serve as an entry level HRIS Analyst to maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS (Workday) as it relates to benefits in the US. As the HRIS Analyst, this role will ensure solution continuity and functionality that meets the requirements and objectives of the business.

What you will need:

Bachelor's degree - Highly preferred.3-5 years experience in benefit and/or leave administration (Highly Preferred)1+ years business application implementation, configuration, development and support preferred. 5+ years of employee benefit administration combined with some direct HRIS system experience would be considered in lieu of degree.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., formula writing, lookup functions, PIVOT tables).

Skills, Experience & Abilities

Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate business issues into technical solutions and successfully convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and high commitment to accuracy and auditing. Strong technical aptitude; advanced skills with various applications and systems including MS Office.Demonstrating proficiency with mapping, analyzing, and re-engineering business processes in an organization of considerable complexity with diverse customer needs.Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written).Understanding of software development lifecycles.Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing priorities.Understanding of HR Operational process and employee data management
