Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust analytics reporting packages to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to KPIs, operational performance, and areas of opportunity.
  • Identify and address discrepancies in data or processes, and drive corrective actions to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and present clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytic skills and understanding of economics, financial concepts, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with strong proficiency in MS Excel required.
  • Experience with Oracle preferred.
