KPMG is currently seeking a Service Delivery Analyst II to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:

Work flexibly in a centralized high performing team environment supporting internal and external clients who may be spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support project deliveryAccountable for setup and administration of projects including coordinating schedules, preparing document request lists, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and, reviewing documents and reports for correctness and formattingDevelop and maintain knowledge of policy and processes to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are metEffectively review data across multiple/systems and maintain personal compliance of operational and regulatory riskHandle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, and help resolve project issues with occasional guidanceAssist Team Leaders in the construction and execution of quality related, informal, and formal development plans

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent with two years of experience; Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferredIntermediate understanding of business and technical competencies as well as of organizational tools and processesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook etc.)Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operational environment Ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from various database and software applications via Microsoft productsExcellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptable and strong collaboration skillsApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
