Job Description:

Analyst will be responsible for sending email communication to bank clients and gathering responses and documentation to complete the KYC profile.


Responsibilities Include:

  • This is an outreach analyst position that focuses mainly on KYC data and document collection.
  • Responsible for taking the communication from the client and verify its legitimacy and completeness then ultimately input into the system of record.
  • Research on a certain subset of cases - This would require the analyst to take their assigned cases and look through the shared mailbox or bank resources to identify any additional information.


Required Skills/Experience Qualifications:

  • Strong English email communication skills and attention to detail
  • KYC and/or financial services experience is a requirement
