Leading and developing a team of Finance Analysts throughout standard and ad hoc requestsPartner with various business functions to create near and long-term forecasts, identify key performance drivers, and present analysis to our leaders in such a way as to drive meaningful actionPerform financial scenario analysis and create complex financial projects to drive growth and efficiency; ideally, you have leadership experience in complex financial planning processes and consolidation of financial statementsManage the compilation of Taylor Morrison’s annual budget and forecast cycles, as well as become a subject matter expert on the systems and materials needed for a successful and efficiently run forecastBe a key element in the quarterly Earnings Call cycle by preparing, reviewing and consolidating materials for the Executive leadership teamProactively analyze variances between actuals, forecast, and plan by partnering with the Accounting teamYou are willing to perform other duties as assigned

About you:

FLSA Status: Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

Interviewing, selecting, and training employeesSetting rates of pay and hours of workAppraising productivity; handling employee grievances or complaints, or disciplining employeesDetermining work techniquesPlanning the workApportioning work among employeesDetermining the types of equipment to be used in performing work, or materials neededMonitoring work for legal or regulatory complianceProviding for safety and security of the workplace

Essential Functions:
