Responsibilities:
  • Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including our HCM system, Workday, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources.
  • Create simple to complex report queries in Workday to respond to ad-hoc reporting requests Based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations for policies and activities to improve areas of opportunity including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
  • Maintain HR Dashboard in PowerBI and manage relevant HR metrics for business leaders to address improvement areas.
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, candidate sources, turnover, and compliance.
  • Assist BSD HR in leveraging data analytics to inform the design of programs and measure their success against stated goals and objectives.
  • Partner with the compensation team to evaluate roles in the organization and recommend options to streamline jobs, and job architecture, and align compensation plans.
  • Analyze survey results and lead discussions on how to implement initiatives to improve key areas.
  • May conduct or assist with conducting classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified as exempt or nonexempt.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
  • Maintains the Report Catalog and ensures data security and accuracy. Follows Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Control Processes for the creation and documentation of production reports and datasets. Understands the HCM data and assists in updating the data dictionaries as needed. Monitors the integrity of the HCM data through regular audits, troubleshooting irregularities, as well as partnering with the HCM Business Support and HR Shared Services team to research, correct discrepancies, and ensure compliance.
  • Participates in the design and execution of projects related to reporting and data.
  • Act as a Workday subject matter expert by staying engaged in Workday Community
  • Guide the BSD HR team and clients to follow best practices with system administration and troubleshooting.
  • Counsels' employees on benefits and compensation. Coordinates with managers and senior colleagues to determine employee compensation. Analyzes data and prepares charts, graphs, and trend lines for management review with a

  • Assists in the development and administration of the HR budget for the department, monitors for variances and manages employment expenses within established guidelines.
  • Performs other related work as needed.
Experience:
  • 3 5 years of reporting, data analysis, and modeling with Workday or other HCM platforms or Business Intelligence applications.
  • 3 years of Workday HRIS Administrator experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting and Tableau.
  • Basic understanding of Workday security.
  • Workday and Tableau experience required.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
