The Field Sales Manager leads Debic Field Sales Force Team in Spain and is responsible for translating the national sales and marketing plans to its team, define clear objectives and guarantee the right commercial policy for the clients. The ideal candidate will have: -Mmore than 15 years experience in commercial positions in the food distribution business. -More than 5 years experience managing sales teams working from remote locations -Knowledge of the HORECA/ OOH Channels. Experience in bakery products is a plus. -Leadership skills, able to influence the team and rest of stakeholders. -Proactivity -Commercial acumen -Orientation for results and able to take decisions -Good communication skills both in Spanish and English. **What we offer** -Challenging position within a growing organization -Development opportunities -Competitive package **Vacancy description** The Field Sales Force Manager leads our Field Sales Force Team and is responsible to translate the sales and marketing plans.
