Full Time Salary Exempt Position Summary: The Christian Family Centre is a world-class fitness and family activity facility that strives to assist individuals and families grow in their physical, social, and spiritual wellness with Jesus Christ being the center.As the Sales & Service Manager your role will be crucial in ensuring the ultimate member and guest experience while expanding our impact throughout Lenawee County. Key Responsibilities: Providing the ultimate customer service experience by maintaining a positive and encouraging attitude in all interactions. Mastering and effectively communicating information about The Centre's programs, services, and events to enhance the customer experience. Identifying member and guest needs through dialogue and recommending appropriate services, programs, and events to support their personal wellness goals. Demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively. Conducting sales presentations and tours for prospective members to promote membership benefits and facilities. Conducting sales calls to existing and prospective members to follow up on membership renewals and interest in our offerings. Assisting with delegated responsibilities to support overall team objectives. Handling customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships and encourage repeat business. Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and new customers to enhance service delivery. Supporting marketing efforts to promote The Centre's offerings and events. Generating and capturing leads and opportunities to drive sales growth. Assisting with the hiring and training of new customer service associates to ensure consistent service excellence. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership team.

Qualifications: Christian Faith: Profess and demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Adherence to Christian principles and values in both personal and professional life. Educational Background/Experience: Bachelor’s in business or equivalent work experience. 3-5 Years of prior Sales/Marketing leadership experience.
