Meseret is looking for the next Business Development Representative to join our Tampa based team. We have the entrepreneurial spirit great enthusiasm for our brands and their purpose; this is an awesome job, but it is not a desk job

The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and qualifying customers on behalf of our company. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to work in a rewarding environment. 

Applicant Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher (current students encouraged to apply)
  • Experience in a customer facing roles (1-2 years, ideally)
  • Entry level applicants without experience but willingness to learn will be considered
  • Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism in all settings

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): 

  • Extend company outreach - Prospect sales leads by directly engaging with consumers in face-to-face meetings and setting up new customer accounts.
  • Nurture business relationships – Stay in contact with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, provide educational opportunities, and manage referrals.
  • Customer support – Maintain vast knowledge of products and services.
  • Drive Revenue - Meet or exceed sales quotas to aid in organizational growth.
