Responsibilities of the Full-Time Customer Support Associate:

  • Develop and execute outreach programs to educate customers about the TruConnect program and provide personalized service recommendations

  • Assess customers for enrollment eligibility based on given criteria or requirements

  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to community needs, customer enrollments, and program effectiveness

  • Offer unmatched customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to enrollment

  • Work alongside the Full-Time Customer Support Associate team to create, review, and maintain enrollment documents

  • Promote our clients' positive image in the community through effective communication and branding

  • Attend workshops held primarily for our Full-Time Customer Support Associates to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our client's services and goals
