  • Providing product information and troubleshooting guidance to customers
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Following up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved
  • Collaborating with other teams to address customer needs
  • Maintaining a high level of professional and empathetic communication
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions
  • Contributing to the improvement of customer support processes
  • Striving to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Managing time effectively to prioritize tasks
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for the company
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in customer support, client services, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Proficiency in using help desk software and other customer service tools
  • Capability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends, if required
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
