Bachmans was founded in 1885 and remains a family-owned business, with fifth-generation Bachman family members leading the company today. Bachmans operates six full-service Floral, Gift & Garden Centers throughout the Twin Cities, a shop in the Galleria, a Hardscapes Center in Farmington, and 28 floral departments within Lunds & Byerlys grocery stores. Additionally, Bachmans operates indoor and outdoor landscaping divisions, a weddings and special events department, a wholesale nursery division, seven acres of greenhouses, and a 670-acre growing range in Lakeville, Minn., which produces many of the plants, flowers, and landscaping products sold by Bachmans today.

Job Duties:

* Assist with tagging reserved tree inventory.

* Checking accuracy of tree varieties and customer purchases.

* Pulling sales orders in a timely manner for both Sales team and Wholesale customers.

* During the receiving process of Nursery trees, ensuring product tags and counts are accurate.

* Work with Inventory Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy.

* Other Duties assigned.

Qualifications:

* Horticulture background/experience preferred but not required.

* Interest in plants and trees. Knowledge of Nursery plants is helpful.

* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Schedule:

* Mon-Fri 7:30-4:00pm

* Saturdays 8:00-12:00PM May-June only

* OT as necessary (typically May- June)
