This position serves as a key partner to the Sales, Sales Operations, and cross-functional leadership teams. This position will lead and manage a successful Sales Operations Data and Reporting team creating and executing data and reporting strategies that align with business objectives. Excellent data proficiency, collaboration, reporting, analysis, project management, and communication skills are a must.

Duties And Responsibilities

Oversee the design, development, and evolution of the sales data infrastructure to accelerate the processes of reporting and data analysis Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate data needs into technical requirements and design Develop and nurture trusted relationships to influence and implement new data and reporting solutions Collaborate across functions to ensure data and reporting information is consistent across the business Understand and navigate complex data sets and processes used to develop and architect reporting Leverage analytic skills to extract data from systems of record to troubleshoot problems or to support a business case related to warehouse systems errors, failures, service delivery, and quality Oversee the design, creation, and delivery of reports and insights that analyze sales performance and performance metrics Integrate industry-standard data visualization tools and/or BI tools to create and implement the next generation of sales reports and dashboards Utilize analytics and visualization skills to present actionable insights for field and sales leadership Build organizational capacity by developing staff and implementing initiatives to build analytical skills and proficiencies across the team Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education And Experience Requirements

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data or related field and 5+ years’ experience Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills Track record of success with cross functional teams, driving change and implementing new processes that significantly improve sales effectiveness Innovative problem solver-resolve issues and challenges with strong sense of urgency Ability to create complex SQL, Excel and PowerBI statements for reporting and system troubleshooting Good organizational skills to manage and balance multiple priorities and workflow Ability to travel 5% of time
