Located roughly an hour north of Conway, Van Buren County Veterinary Clinic and Fairfield Bay Pet Clinic offer a multifaceted climate to any new Managing DVM interested in career growth. This is a unique opportunity to manage a multi-site facility and lead a progressive team. Similar to a Medical Director, the main focus of a Managing DVM is cultivating a strong, collaborative culture and setting an example for the team. Through servant leadership styles, veterinarians are supported by our Regional Directors by providing full clinical autonomy and showcasing the strengths of each member of the team. Managing DVMs also work closely with their Regional Director to provide insight during budgeting season, cap expenditure needs and improving quality of life in the workplace.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, customizable medical care for the life-long health of your animal friends. Our family-oriented staff is committed to providing state-of-the-art veterinary care while maintaining an atmosphere of respect, support, and continued education.
We offer a complete range of veterinary services, including preventative health procedures and products tailored to enhance the immune health and nutritional status of all ages and breeds. We provide routine, major, and emergency medical, surgical, and dental services. We are also open to welcoming new skillsets to the practice
Experienced DVMs have the option to work at the satellite location which offers general, preventative care appointments - no surgery
