We are seeking a Customer Support Professional to join our team As a Customer Support Professional, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with our team to find innovative solutions and provide excellent service to our customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or social media.
  • Resolve a variety of customer concerns and issues.
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Process payments, provide support and/or issue refunds as necessary.
  • Track call information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Provide feedback on call issues and customer interactions.
  • Upsell to customers as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM.
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong listening skills.
