Formula Monks is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Specialist to join our journey to be the fastest growing IT services organization in North America As you excel in learning the basics of our business, you will transition to Account Manager training, where you will start to have your own client interactions
As part of our commitment to your professional growth, you will also have the advantage of participating in a comprehensive mentorship program. This program will pair you with a senior account manager on your first day of work, who will provide personalized guidance, support, and valuable insights. The mentorship program is designed to accelerate your development within the company and equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the IT services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in prospecting for potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic email campaigns.
- Shadow account managers to learn how to run a business meeting effectively.
- Observe and participate in client interactions to understand how to qualify different projects and opportunities.
- Learn the art of maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, IT, or related field.
- Strong interest in the IT industry and a passion for building relationships with technical professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate and client engagement. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
