Business Development Representative

Role
Job Overview: You will play an important role within the sales and marketing organization, qualifying and generating leads, prospecting for new clients, and developing and executing sales campaigns at named accounts for the NAM region.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through outbound prospecting efforts: account planning and research, messaging, list building, and cadence execution (e-mail, phone calls, social selling.).
• Leveraging tools such as LinkedIn to network with prospects and educating our market audience.
• Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (Opportunity creation and progression.).
• Gain/Deepen business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and challenges they face every day.
• Understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs.
• Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives and Sales Directors for qualified meetings.
Profile Requirements
• Fluency in English is a must; previous experience with Anglophone clients is a plus.
• B2B telephone lead generation (minimally 1 year).
• IT or Software Solutions sales, highly desired.
• Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com , SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense and Drift (preferred).
• Passion for outbound sales, cold calling and prospecting.
• Ability to have discussions at all levels within all businesses from Enterprise to mid-market across all sectors.
• High energy, results oriented, self-motivated/self-reliant, team player that can think 'out of the box.
