Kelly Roach International is looking for someone who:

  • Is HIGHLY motivated by unlimited earning potential
  • Fully understands the world of social selling
  • Has a proven track record of success closing sales on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Nurture: Connect with inbound leads across various social media channels and begin sales conversations for mid-ticket offers
  • Prospecting: Connect with and drive new prospects into sales conversations via social media channels
  • Qualify Leads: Engage in connect and consult calls when necessary to close sales
  • Database Management: Keep an accurate record of lead interactions, ensuring comprehensive data management.
  • Collaborate: Share pivotal insights with content team to drive better results
  • Report: Track and report daily KPIs, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Send over 200 social media messages daily across platforms (IG, FB, LI, Twitter)
  • Close a minimum of one sale per day (a ramp up period will be discussed for the first three months)
  • Prior experience with Go High Levels is a plus.
  • Prior experience with online marketing, coaching, course world is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary plus commmission
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and 401K.
