$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Create clients through lead conversion and lead follow-up; this will happen on a regular basis with training, help from our team, and collective motivational sessions. You bring the energy and the follow-up and we will provide you with enough leads to ensure you are never bored and you have plenty of sales opportunities
  • Once pandemic restrictions fully lift, lead high-performing open houses at least once per week; this includes activities before and after the actual open house
  • Participate in powerful networking events at least once per month; identify where in your community you are involved and be mindful of that involvement to create business opportunities
  • Recruit and participate in our monthly Home Buyer’s Workshops
  • Assist clients through all aspects of the home buying and home selling process, from contract to close
  • Collaborate with the real estate group to maintain an extremely high level of customer service for clients; the client is always right
Qualifications:
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
