We like to refer to the folks in this role as Project Directors, because you're the director of the project

We set the stage for Project Directors to develop business relationships with real estate agents, build a book of trusted subs and vendors, and the ability to accept the number of projects that will work best for you.

Freemodel is a licensed and insured General Contractor as required in all states we operate in. Subcontractors are vetted and paid by Freemodel and managed by you. Already have a crew? Great, as long as they pass our vetting process, you can work with them

Requirements
Here's what we are looking for:
  • Registered Building Contractor in the local area, or Registered General Contractor in the local area, or Certified Building Contractor, or Certified General Contractor .
  • Experience in construction, especially residential renovations, and contractor and vendor management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with real estate agents, homeowners, and subcontractors at every stage of the project.
  • Project management experience with the ability to execute projects from initial planning, scope of work, architecture and design, permitting, labor, materials procurement, and punch list, to the final walk through.
  • Proficiency in project management/productivity software, preferably including Google Workspace and Apple products.

Compensation Details: This role is a contract position without benefits. Compensation will depend on the number and scope of contracted projects. Project Directors who receive support from Freemodel will be paid 50% of the profit from each renovation project they successfully complete.
