We are looking for a bookkeeper that has several years of experience in their field. This individual should be detail-oriented, punctual and an effective communicator. A successful candidate will have 5-8 years of bookkeeping experience, the ability to work independently, and has experience in preparing financial statements and budgets.ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will manage our financial systems, including AP/AR, reconciling receipts and payments, reconciling our bank accounts and ensuring our compliance as we have employees out of state. This role requires someone familiar with Quickbooks Online.Responsibilities:Manage all accounts receivable and accounts payableCreate financial reportsVerify that transactions are recorded accurately and assigned to the correct categoryMaintain accounting records and systemsTrack all commissions, overrides, and bonusesKeep all important spreadsheets up-to-dateAssist in developing a budget for the companySupport sales and ownership team with questions regarding customer and vendor payments, overdue transactions, etcQualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Expertise with record of successful sales achievementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient with Google Suite, Excel, and related software.Database managementAnalytical problem solvingERP/CRM/CMSE-CommerceGoogle Suite (highly proficient in sheets)Education and Experience:A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.3+ years experience working in the promotional products space or relevant work experience.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
