Adobe Sign, Jira, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and APIs

Role Description:
  • Partner with Customer Zero Product Manager and Product Analyst to provide day-to-day tactical objectives•
  • Provide insights and contribute to the team's strategic direction.•
  • Help expand Customer Zero use cases to ensure alignment with Product, Sales and Engineering•
  • Address internal customer tickets and issues using ServiceNow and knowledge of Acrobat Sign and Acrobat Services, looping in supporting teams where needed.•
  • Build and test out solutions as part of POCs using technical skills with APIs, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, etc•
  • Compile findings and feedback on POCs and relay to internal teams in a professional manner•
  • Assist with key internal customer meetings•
  • Provide subject matter expertise and act as an internal consultant/evangelist•
  • Partner with and knowledge share across our internal customers and partners
Competencies: Digital : Node.js

Experience (Years): 4-6

Essential Skills:
  • Experience with Acrobat Sign and Acrobat Services: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Acrobat Sign and Acrobat Services, including understanding features, capabilities, and document workflows.
  • Technical Experience with APIs, JSON, HTML, and JavaScript: Hands-on experience with these technologies is essential for building and testing solutions as part of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and integrating workflows.


Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to gather insights, analyze data, and draw conclusions from customer interviews and data.

Desirable Skills: Experience with Jira: Technical experience with Jira can be beneficial for managing projects and tracking progress, though it may not be essential for the role.

Ability to Work in a Global Environment: Experience working in a global environment with distributed teams is a valuable skill, as it involves collaborating effectively across different time zones and cultures.

Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing is a valuable skill for collaborating with internal customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
