JOB SUMMARY: This position will function as a liaison between the Channel Sales Directors, Regional Territory Managers and Channel Sales customers. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, by managing sales forecasts for Channel sales, gathering and consolidating sales forecasting and results for tracking and reporting to the VP, Channel Sales. This position will also interact directly with Major and Target accounts for day to day operations with the customer. The Inside Sales Manager will develop systems and processes to drive sales effectiveness as well as monitor the trends and evaluate the performance assessed against

monthly/quarterly/annual

sales goals. The Inside Sales Manager will also be responsible for RFP’s and SalesForce administration for Channel Sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Coordinates sales forecasting, sales update reports, MPR report. Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement. Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed. Assists with contract administration, RFP repository, & customer presentations for Channel Sales. Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Participate in customer calls with Major and Target accounts and be a goto individual for sales and operational questions. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Four-year college degree from an accredited institution is preferred 7+ years with ATM or financial Institution experience. Salesforce.com experience preferrred Experience evaluating, writing and implementing efficient process and procedures. Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives SAP experience a plus Passionate, hardworking, and well-organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask. Demonstrated ability to obtain

participation/partnership

across multiple functional areas Ability to foster close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales management, and sales and support personnel. Passion for the job
