Customer Care [POSITION SUMMARY [Cheerfully answers the main phone line for the company and promptly transfers all calls to the appropriate person/que. Serves as the voice of the company. Warmly greets all visitors to the company and directs them to the appropriate person/location. Performs a variety of administrative tasks for the Marketing department and other departments as needed. When necessary, schedules leads. Warmly greets all visitors to the office building and directs them to the appropriate person/location. Receive various packages and deliveries. Maintain an organized and presentable reception area at all times. Performs a variety of administrative tasks for the marketing and other departments as needed, including, but not limited to, reviewing the database for accuracy, assembling, and mailing pre-mailer packets, printing pre-mailer information, applying postage to mail, and other projects assigned as necessary. Assist with the Marketing department during slow time (website content creation) Mixture of scheduling new Leads (clients) and calling pending proposals. Provides customers and visitors with a remarkable experience. Regular, reliable on-site attendance. [NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS [1. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. [2. Skill in operating a personal computer and programs. [3. Skill in verbal communication. [4. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English. [5. Ability to handle a variety of tasks. [6. Ability to perform accurate data entry. [7.
