About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team at MPCH. The Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the B2B technology industry. Experience with submitting government/defense RFPs is a plus.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures to streamline opportunity management, lead nurturing, and customer follow-up. Manage and optimize our CRM system (i.e. HubSpot) to ensure accurate and up-to-date data, reporting, and analytics. Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide insights. Assist with sales forecasting and pipeline management efforts to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue projections. Lead the maintenance and enhancement of existing CRM configurations, including custom fields, workflows, and automations, to maximize efficiency and user adoption. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations effectiveness and drive business growth. Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role, preferably in the B2B technology space. In-depth experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms. Proven understanding of B2B sales methodologies and the ability to translate them into actionable sales processes. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment a plus. Experience submitting government/defense RFPs is a plus.
