Leeds Professional Resources is looking for a business development manager to join our growing team The Business Development Manager requires a self-starter, goal oriented, energetic team player to successfully meet the needs of their clients and business. This role is 75% sales and 25% recruiting. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented and has strong relationships in the Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities:

Develop new business leads that turn into contracts and placements.

Generate sales to contribute to the branch's overall revenue, gross profit, and net profit.

Generate temporary Service sales by developing new client relationships.

Meet quarterly and yearly sales, gross margin, and profit targets.

Foster relationships with new clients

Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or GED is required of all employees.

3+ years of business development in local areas

Must have established clients in local areas
