**Position: New Business Development Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue lucrative new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute effective sales strategies.
- Leverage Salesforce or a similar CRM software to track leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring prompt delivery and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Develop, refine, and present compelling sales proposals to prospective clients.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and monitor competitors' activities.

**Skills**:

- Exhibit strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals and secure new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in business development, preferably within the software industry.
- Possess excellent knowledge of market trends and a keen understanding of competitors' activities.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Showcase effective project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Build and sustain robust customer relationships.
- Communicate persuasively and present effectively.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
