Basic Function:

The Brand Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution and review of all integrated brand marketing initiatives including seasonal campaigns and promotions, as well as channel/retail account programs. In addition, the Coordinator will coordinate and execute our social media platforms under the direction of our Sr. Brand Marketing Manager. This will include content planning and execution, community management, reporting/ analysis, and competitive activity.

Specific Responsibilities:

Integrated Marketing

  • Participates in and contributes to seasonal planning process
  • Assists in planning and execution of logistics for the seasonal campaign photo shoots
  • Provides on-site support at photo/video shoots as necessary
  • Coordinates delivery and organization of seasonal campaign creative asset Tool Kit for digital advertising, paid social, organic social, PR, Email, DTC site, etc.
  • Works with Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to also deliver seasonal campaign creative assets to our Sales team for retail account use (AMZ, other Marketplaces, Omni-Channel accounts and our own stores)
  • Manages Brand Marketing product samples and shipping/delivery for various needs (Marketing initiatives, PR/media outreach, Influencer and Celebrity seeding, etc.)
Social Media

Coordinates and executes Organic Social channels -
  • Works with Sr. Brand Marketing Manager on content planning
  • Owns execution and analysis (tracking/reporting via Hootsuite)
  • Community management (on a daily basis - engaging and responding to comments, questions, etc.)
  • Testing and learning new tactics across relevant (and "discovery") social platforms
  • Competitive listening and tracking
Influencer Marketing
  • Supports Sr. Brand Marketing Manager with all aspects of micro and nano Influencer initiatives (briefing, reviewing/vetting, product delivery, content review, etc.)
  • Works with Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to research, track and maintain Influencer "database"
  • Facilitates affiliate engagements, when appropriate (working with Digital Marketing team)
PR Support
  • Coordinates materials for PR team press kits and product for seeding/sample shipments
  • Assits with planning, execution and recap of PR/Media Events
Administrative
  • Participates in monthly Budget Reconciliation and Re-forecasting exercises, learning fiscal management and adhering to company process
  • Supports Head of Brand Marketing and Sr. Brand Marketing Manager with preparation for Monthly Business Review meetings and all other corporate needs
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing
  • Previous experience in both brand marketing and social media marketing (3-5 years)
  • Well-versed and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook); experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop) a plus
  • Innately motivated and eager to learn/develop integrated marketing and social media a must
  • Proactive, self-starter who can take initiative and be resourceful in fast-paced environment
  • Confident and forthcoming with ideas and point of view will be welcomed
  • Demonstrated aptitude for data, analysis and reporting - to confirm campaign performance and identify opportunities for go-forward initiatives (based on learnings and metrics)
  • Adept in both time management and multi-tasking
  • Passion for marketing, influencer and social media - identifying trends, opportunities and tactics that will ignite our platforms to drive engagement and build community
  • Strong communication skills
