YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the National Sea Logistics Operational Care Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our internal customers' experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center. You will be part of a team within Operational Care Center (OCC), who are responsible for direct interaction with CCL's - Customer Care Locations, proactive customer service, problem solving, follow up, interaction with our customer service colleagues.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will keep files related to all sea import shipments you are responsible for.
  • Collaborate with Kuehne+Nagel employees in our more than 1,300 offices globally.
  • You will always challenge status quo when it comes to process improvement and cost control.
  • Process all files within given Service level agreements while following all Kuehne+Nagel policy and procedures.
  • Oversee Kuehne+Nagel's latest technology for Sea Logistics operations.
  • You will be responsible for oversee communications platforms for Sea Logistics operations.
  • Ensure that all files are processed within Kuehne+Nagel's set standards.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • You will have experience using email, chat, internet, and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • You will have the ability to work in the office 5 days per week.
  • A desire to work in a modern, collaborative environment where teamwork is important to your everyday success.
  • 10% domestic travel
