Job Description:

Amber is looking for a social-media savvy Social Media Marketing Manager to support and execute our social media & influencer marketing strategies, including channel management, community engagement, content creation and influencer marketing. You'll play an integral part in the development, execution and launch of short and long-term marketing campaigns, utilizing the fundamentals of communication through content creation, presentation, analysis, review, and reporting.

Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong (yet succinct) writing skills, an ability to easily and authentically adopt a brand's voice, and a keen understanding of the current social media landscape. You must be a flexible and creative self-starter who is able to work within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and support multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day publishing and community management across all social media channels for Amber
  • Create, develop and edit compelling, high-quality social photo and motion content
  • Write compelling copy for daily social content based on brand voice and tone
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the cross-brand social media calendar, updating the calendar with relevant cultural events and significant information
  • Assist in developing an ongoing social content strategy and defining presence on social
The Right Stuff:
  • You are an EV enthusiast who is up-to-date with the latest trends in the automotive industry, especially electric vehicles. You are highly engaged on social media and have a keen eye for identifying amazing content and talent to support Amber's brand storytelling.
  • You live and breathe social media with an always-on mentality and have a passionate interest in digital trends. You possess knowledge of social media best practices and have prior experience with social media management tools.
  • You have a deep understanding of the latest and greatest features of all the prominent social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and Snapchat. You know how to create platform-specific content for these channels.
  • You have an excellent attention to detail and quality, with the ability to develop stories and visual content that promote the brand and its products.
  • You have experience in using audience insights, test and learn results, and data insights to develop and optimize content. Having prior experience with Tribe Dynamics is a significant advantage.
  • You can provide insightful feedback and strategic creative input to the team.
