Job Description: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our social media efforts. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our insurance products and services. Responsibilities: – Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating leads. – Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. – Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement. – Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to optimize content performance and identify new opportunities. – Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. – Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner. – Track and analyze key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide regular reporting to stakeholders. – Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing. Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. – Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. – Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. – Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas. – Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software is a plus. – Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. – Passion for insurance and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
