Job Description:

Our client is hiring a Senior Sales Executive/Account Manager to join their high-achieving team on a global scale. S/he will have excellent prospect qualification, proposal development, presentation, and negotiating skills utilized to succeed in this role. Demonstrate expertise in gaining access and selling to mid through senior-level decision-makers to ensure a deep enough understanding and identification of clients' individual experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • 100% emphasis on identifying business opportunities
  • Regularly provide reports and develop forecasts on performance against objectives
  • Ensure leadership is aware of endangered accounts
  • Retain existing revenue while managing, negotiating, and growing new revenue through up-selling and cross-selling into assigned customers
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base = $90k - $150k (dependent on years of experience)
  • Commission = $150k - $180k
  • OTE year 1= $180k - $300k
