Craft Standard is seeking a passionate Area Sales Manager, Chicago, to play an integral role within our Sales and National Account teams. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships at all levels, to maximize Craft Standard's opportunities for expanded sales execution throughout their focus regions. This role will have the opportunity to establish and implement new processes that will allow Craft Standard to grow and thrive.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develops and nurtures value-enhancing strategic partnerships with key on and off premise accounts within assigned territory.Utilize sales tools to analyze, develop, and execute strategic sales plans.Responsible for developing and executing key customer initiatives.Builds relationships with internal CS teams, as well as major accounts and distributor partners within assigned territory.Schedules and conducts regular sales calls with customers including business reviews and programming presentations.Manages the communication of expectations and timelines among the customer and distribution partner including product release schedules, volume forecasts, pricing, distribution targets, and support materials.Develop annual budget plans by chain/account; tracks and reports progress monthly.Collaborates on distributor order processing.Participates in regularly scheduled sales meetings among distribution partners and internal staff.Maintains and publishes updated account list including detailed communication history.Ability and willingness to participate in a myriad of customer-facing events such as tradeshows and events.QUALIFICATIONS:Hungry to drive results.Analytically inclined.Passionate about building relationships.Strategic leader focused on engaging buyers, wholesalers, and field sales.Thirst for knowledge & desire for continuous improvement.3+ years of sales/marketing experience.3+ years of beverage alchol experience.Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to collaborate cross functionally.Advanced public speaking and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.A valid drivers license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
