Responsibilities:

As the Solar Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Training and Development:** Provide comprehensive training to new sales representatives, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our solar solutions. Continuously develop the skills of the sales team through ongoing coaching and mentoring.

- **Leadership and Motivation:** Set clear performance expectations and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Inspire and energize the team to maximize their potential and drive results.

- **Sales Strategy and Execution:** Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales efforts with targeted customer segments. Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions to meet their requirements. Act as a trusted advisor and resource for customers throughout the sales process.

- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis:** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers. Use insights to enhance our sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Min 1 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets strongly preferred
  • Must be willing to canvass door to door in targeted markets
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team, driving high performance and a positive team culture.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Average earnings: $188,500 per year
