Howmet Fastening Systems is seeking 3 Sales Administrators to solicit and maintain favorable contacts with current and potential key accounts. Develop sales of products and/or services by coordinating sales negotiations These are opportunities to grow your career at a large, international aerospace company. These positions are located at the HFS Aerospace Distribution facility in Simi Valley, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

* Services accounts by independently handling inquires and problems and when applicable, coordinating with other departments to quickly resolve them.

* Receives customer inquiries, processes customer orders, and provides price and delivery information.

* Analyze market data, sales and quote history to provide quotes to customer.

* Negotiates prices with customers, within Howmetc Fastening Systems pricing guidelines.

* Administers and reviews customer contract details such as pricing, delivery, terms and conditions.

* Develop new accounts and/or reactivate dormant accounts.

* Follow up on all customer quotes.

* Develop & maintain strong relationship with customers

* Work with Howmet Global Fasteners Credit to set up customer credit limits and assist in collections as required.

* Train other employees as needed.

* Team player - Work effectively in a team environment.

* Operate in a fast-paced work environment and able to handle pressure and challenges from internal and external customers.

* This is a Salary Non-Exempt position, eligible for overtime.

**Qualifications**

Basic Qualifications:

* High School Diploma

* Minimum of 3 years related experience

* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree

* Knowledge in sales or customer related roles in aerospace fasteners or related industry.

* Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word.

Skills

* Must possess strong problem-solving skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Manage multiple projects at a time.

* Must be well organized with attention to detail.

* Have strong follow up and time management skills.

* Solid analytical and reasoning abilities as well as strong numerical skills.
