Bay & Bay is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative. This position is a great opportunity for someone who believes in themselves and is interested in getting into the sales field in the Transportation industry. A successful Business Development Representative. will be goal oriented, have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated.
In addition, this role is responsible to support business improvement by meeting personal and departmental goals and objectives timely and effectively.

Responsibilities include:

- Research and qualify leads for potential future business
- Build, maintain and grow customer relationships through cold calling and consistent communications.
- Be a resource to our customers regarding service offerings, market trends
- Understand how market trends impact our business and our customers
- Be part of a team, support your co-workers.
- Meet or exceed expected metrics
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be sales oriented, or have the personal drive to be part of the sales team
- Prior sales preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal, communication & verbal skills.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up quickly on new technology
- Highly motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
