We'll be a partner that cares, collaborates and creates the best HOA experience for a community.Role and Responsibilities The Director of Sales initiates and executes organic growth for the assigned region. The Sales Director will sell Homeowners Association Management Services & Contracts to HOA Boards. This role requires local travel and evening meeting attendance.Engage, prospect, and pursue sales opportunitiesAttend sales meetings in person and virtually during business hours and occasionally during evenings and weekendsAchieve monthly KPI's and metrics for closing sales opportunitiesCold calling and outbound prospectingResponsible for local representation in industry trade organizationResponsible for building and maintaining professional networking relationships with industry professionalsOther Duties as assignedQualifications and Education Requirements Sales experience Real estate, property services, or HOA experience a plus Reliable transportationOrganized and able to multitaskFlexible schedule for evening or weekend sales meetingsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong team playerPhysical RequirementsAbility to work on a computer and stare at a monitor screen for long periods of time.Ability to drive to and from a several locations on occasions.RowCal is an EOE meaning we provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, age, disability, gender identity, results of genetic testing, military or veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
