Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) To monitor WIP and FG inventory levels, regularly providing production status updates to management, and facilitate timely delivery of products to customers. Job Responsibilities To establish daily, weekly, monthly and yearly production plan based on demand trend, production capacity and capability, and requirement from customer. To communicate with customer on factory stock (WIP and FG) and simulate shipment plan. Ensure departmental personnel abide by all Work Instructions (WI), rules and regulations of the company. Ensure all safety, GMP's and regulatory guidelines are met. To monitor, maintain, execute and improve Production MRP for and issue work order to production. To summarize end month stock closing report for WIP and FG. To report to management for any discrepancies in production planning. To liaise with purchasing/production/warehouse on product supply chain matter. To be responsible for overall warehouse area activities including housekeeping and 5S of all facilities. Other tasks assign by superior time to time. Requirements Education Level: A degree in Business Administration or equivalent (knowledge in Supply Chain Management / QMS – advantage). Year Experience: At least 5 years at a Production Planning (fresh graduate is welcome to apply). Capability: Proficient in MS Office, ERP, MRP Skills: Good communication, time management, organize & with leadership abilities.
