Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for accounts payable for multiple entities.
  • Managing accounts payable input using NetSuite accounting software along with Airbase, a Spend Management system.
  • Analyzing and implementing new and efficient workflow processes.
  • Reconciling and posting of Travel & Entertainment expenses.
  • Responsible for implementation and processes for corporate credit cards.
  • Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
  • Processing due invoices for payments.
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
  • Assist in month-end close including preparation and account reconciliation for Credit Cards, Accounts payable and T & E accounts.
  • Handle the month-end close process for Accounts Payable that includes depreciation, accruals, prepaid expenses, and deferrals.
  • Coordinate with accounting management to develop, maintain and improve internal processes.
  • Assist in Accounting ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Accounting/Finance degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Airbase knowledge a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including responsiveness. Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability.
