Snowflake's Sales Operations organization is actively seeking a Sales Operations Manager - Sales Systems and Process to join our Quote to Cash team. In this role you will be responsible for managing projects to create efficient sales processes and identify opportunities to help scale the business. This includes working with Sales and cross-functional teams to build or improve workflows, implement new tools, and drive sales and operational productivity, while ensuring compliance.You will collaborate with Snowflake's executive team and functional leaders to evaluate, scope and prioritize Sales, Sales Support and Sales Operations systems, process and tools initiatives. You will identify the operational challenges and capabilities needed to execute. You will be responsible for framing the problems, setting the strategies, and organizing cross functional teams to successfully build new capabilities. You thrive in the driver's seat of complex, cross functional projects and have a deep understanding across the sales systems and tools that support go-to-market teams-including Salesforce CRM, CPQ, DocuSign CLM and other connected applications (i.e. Snowflake, Workday, etc.). IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve and automate Sales, Sales Support and Sales Operations Quote to Cash systems and processes. Act as liaison between teams to vet and translate business objectives and needs into sales systems & tool requirementsWork closely with business partners to develop clear requirements, MVP, business justification, and business outcomes to help assess risks and determine buy vs. build opportunitiesWork with cross-functional teams to prioritize new feature requests based on their impact to the businessPartner closely with the IT Team to ensure projects are scoped, implemented and delivered under committed timelinesOwn projects end to end from requirements gathering to testing and deploymentCreate and maintain key documentation such as BRDs, process flows, use cases, and test scriptsAct as subject matter expert for sales systems, data, and processesMonitor industry trends to ensure Snowflake's sales systems and tools are current with industry standards and best practicesON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: Minimum 8 years total professional experience with 5+ years working with sales operations, sales systems, process, and toolsExpertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, CLM and connected applications with hands on experience implementing solutions and system integrationsExperience reviewing and procuring tools to support business needsExperienced in SFDC release management and deployment activitiesAbility to translate business objective and requirements to an agile development teamAbility to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others. Must work effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approachesMust possess business acumen, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skillsExceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences and develop trusted relationships across stakeholdersUnderstanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, marketing, product development, customer support and success, professional servicesUndergraduate degree required, MBA a plusEvery Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
