Inside Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, training and managing call center team members. This is includes both ISRs (inside sales reps) and ISSP (inside sales solution provider) for CarMax locations.

In this role the ISM is coordinating, supporting and resolving the daily customer interactions. with the ISRs.

This includes but is not limited to:

Resolving customer issues, driving productivity and communication with Customer Account Managers and Warehouse Managers. Responsible for reviewing accounts credit status. This includes but is not limited to making collection calls (working in concert with CAMs and Credit dept.) This also includes one on one coaching in utilization of our triple Point of Sale Systems. You must be well versed in Microsoft Applications such as Office, Word, Exel, Teams etc.

Other job duties included:

* Schedule Writing

* Sales Coaching

* Product Knowledge Coaching

* Customer Engagement

* Source new leads

* Follow up on leads to find new customers

* Use negotiation skills to close deals

* Communicate with existing customers about their needs

* Use CRM software to increase customer retention

* Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

* Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

* Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

* Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

* Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

* Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

* Staying informed about competing products and services.

* Upselling products and services.

* Researching and qualifying new leads.

* Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Sales experience; B2B sales experience preferred

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Able to use CRM software such as Salesforce

* Excellent multitasking skills

* Ability to adapt to changes in direction on the fly
